We understand things happen, schedules change, or your baby is here early and you may be unable to attend class. We will do our best to accommodate and reschedule you to the next class if your schedule and (baby) permits.
If you need to cancel and require a refund, you can do so up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled class. Of course, we are always willing to accommodate you if there are situations outside of your control. Payment will be refunded back to the original payment source minus a 5% processing fee.
Upon acceptance to the mentor program and payment is made (whether monthly or in full), there are no refunds.
If you are on a monthly plan and need to cancel your membership, you can stop future payments by being in touch with Guramrit or Jenny (this will disable your access to the course via LearnDash and Facebook group access). However, if you are having trouble meeting your monthly payment, please be in touch; we’ll see what we can do to help.
